NEW YORK, September 28, 2021 – Catalyst Advisors LP, an international executive recruitment and assessment firm singularly focused on life sciences, announced two new additions to their growing global team. Johanna “Jo” Neuman has joined as an Associate Director and Annesha Holness has joined as a Project Manager.
Both based in New York, NY, Jo and Annesha will leverage their unique skillsets to assist the Catalyst Advisors team to support groundbreaking life sciences organizations at all stages of growth with their executive leadership and talent needs.

Jo brings more than 10 years of life sciences industry experience to the role of Associate Director. Prior to joining Catalyst Advisors, Jo was as Senior Business Development Manager at GLG Institute, where she focused on life sciences within the biopharma space. Previously, Jo worked at NationalSpine & Pain Centers, LLC as a Provider Liaison where she trained and developed sales professionals. Before that, she was a M.D.-Ph.D. candidate at Johns Hopkins University with a focus on Neuroscience after earning her B.S. in Neuroscience from Muhlenberg College.

Annesha joins the firm with more than a decade of project management experience partnering with C-suite executives on various projects and programmatic efforts. Prior to joining Catalyst Advisors, Annesha was a Project Coordinator for a global executive recruitment firm specializing in the nonprofit sector and an Executive Assistant for an international management consulting firm, where she provided organizational project support to the executive team. Annesha started her career supporting the Chief Executive Officer at the Michael J. Fox Foundation. She earned an M.P.A. from the Metropolitan College of New York.
