Catalyst Advisors, L.P. is a Delaware Limited Partnership with its principal place of business located at 7 World Trade Center, 46th Floor, New York, NY 10007 (United States).  Catalyst Advisors UK Limited, is a limited company of the United Kingdom with its principal place of business located at Suite 1, 3rd Floor, 11-12 St. James Square, London, SW1Y4LB (United Kingdom). This privacy statement (the “Privacy Statement”) sets forth the privacy standards that Catalyst Advisors, L.P., and Catalyst Advisors UK Limited (together, the “Company”) utilizes to collect, retain, and use personal information obtained from individuals located in places other than within the European Union (“EU”), the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and Switzerland (i.e., those individuals in the United States). 

This Privacy Statement sets forth the principles under which Company collects, uses, processes, retains, and discloses personal data and/or sensitive data from locations other than the EU, the EEA or Switzerland, including by and through our website located at www.catalystadvisorslp.com (the “Website”) and information you provide to us based upon information from our website (i.e., if you send us an e-mail at an e-mail address identified on the website).  This statement covers information received in electronic or other formats.

The Company has separate general privacy policies which apply to information which is received from individuals within the EU/EEA or Switzerland or which is otherwise government by the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). The Company (“we” or “us” or “our”) understands that individuals with whom we conduct business and who share their information with us value their privacy. We are committed to taking reasonable steps to both protect your privacy online and manage your information responsibly.  This Privacy Statement is intended to notify you of our online privacy practices, the type of information that may be collected and stored, how the information is used, with whom the information may be shared, what choices are available to you regarding the collection, use and distribution of the information, what kind of security procedures are in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of information under our control, and who to contact with questions or concerns.

What Information We Collect:

We may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal and/or sensitive data:

1.  Profile Data:  Profile data may include your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, education history, employment history, and general other information which may typically appear on a resume or CV.  .

2.  Usage Data:  Usage data may include your IP address, geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit to Website, page views and Website navigation paths, as well as information about the timing, frequency and pattern of your Website and service use. 

3.  Account Data:  Account data may include your name, e-mail address, company/employer, name and company/employer address.

5.  Transaction Data:  Transaction data may include your personal or business contact details, your company address (businesses should not provide us with personal addresses for the processing of payments on behalf of the business), ACH account information and/or credit card details for the processing of payments.

6.  Survey Data:  Survey data may include information collected through any surveys you agree to participate in, and other information that you otherwise provide to us such as for the purpose of data collection.

7.  Supplemental Data:  Supplemental data may include information which we use to supplement information you provide to us or which we have about you which is obtained or received from third-parties, our clients or customers, or other organizations.

General Browsing:

Even if you do not submit personal information through the Website, we may gather navigational information about where visitors go on or through the Website, what materials or advertisements or links they “click” or access, and information about the technical efficiencies of our Website and services (i.e., time to connect to the Website, time to download pages, etc.). This information allows us to see which areas of our Website are most visited and helps us better understand the user experience. This information also helps us improve the quality of the Website by recognizing and delivering more of the features, areas, and services our visitors prefer. Use of Web Beacons, Clear-GIFs, Pixel Tags and JavaScript:

We also may use “web beacons” (also called “action pixels,” “pixel tags” or “clear gifs”) and/or JavaScript plug-ins, placed on our Website and in our emails to you. These web beacons and plug-ins are small graphic images (typically that you cannot see) or code on a website or in an email message which are used for such things as recording webpages and advertisements clicked-on by a user, or for tracking the performance of email marketing campaigns. These devices help us analyze our users’ online behavior and measure the effectiveness of our website and our marketing. Surveys:

From time to time, the Company may engage your expertise/professional knowledge by requesting you to participate in data collection or market research surveys to better inform our clients and conduct market analytics. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose any of your personal information.
